1. DELIVERY TERMS

Pre-holiday and sales shipping

The delivery of orders before holidays and during promotional sales at Dzintars Beauty store may take longer than the standard delivery times given above.

2. Data required for shipment

The shipment data that are connected with the delivery of the goods are not transferred to third persons with the exception of the providers of courier and delivery services specified therein who require such information to ensure delivery of the order.

3. Returns

The procedure and requirements for returning any ordered products are set out in the Terms and Conditions under the sections “Returns Policy”, “Right of Withdrawal” and “Consequences of Withdrawal”.

Any products which the Customer wants to return must be returned to address provided, please contact us for details info@dzintarsbeauty.com

The charges of returning the products are at the Customer’s expense, except for cases explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

4. Shipments Overseas

The shipping costs to countries not listed are calculated on a case- by- case basis and agreed with the Customer.
